Marks card of the Classes/Semester
Examination passed by the candidate through
the University of Jammu should
be attached with this form.
2).
In case the admission cancelled or left the
study, NOC is required from the concerned
College/Department.
3).
All the particulars should be filled in by
the applicant. The Registry will not be
responsible for any delay in case
form is not complete in all respects.
4).
Fee for Migration Certificate as prescribed
by the University is
Rs. 810
(Inter University) and Rs.360
(Inter College )
5).
When it is not possible for the applicant to
pay fee online or send the fee in advance at
the University cash counter
and obtain
University receipt for the same, he/she is
advised to send the money through Bank Draft
to be attached
with this form made payable to the
Registrar, University of Jammu.
6).
A student who has lost the original
Migration Certificate issued to his/her
previously and required duplicate of the
same, is required to submit an affidavit
duly sworn in before a First Class Judicial
Magistrate on a stamp paper of
value of Rs. 10/= as required by law, in the
form given below along with a fee of
Rs. 1740/= with
Inter-University
Migration Certificate.
7).
Self Address Registered Enveloped should be
attached with this form if the concerned
candidate should not collect
Migration Certificate personally.
8).
The candidate should collect the Migration
Certificate personally after 7 days.
Note:-
In the case of the
applicant studing in an affiliated
college/Institute/Department, this form
should be attested by the HOD/Director/Principal
of the Department/Institute/college.
