1). Applying
for any certificate from the University the
candidates has to fill online forms by
paying requisite fee through online mode and
also have to upload all the
requisite/supportive documents.

You will be able to upload your documents
only if you have successfully paid the fee
online and have Payment Transaction
Reference No. with you, which is written on
the receipt/form downloaded at the time of
fee payment.

In case you are unable to print/download the
online payment receipt at the time of
payment, you can
download/print duplicate receipt from the
same link for your reference.
4).
You have to upload all
your documents along with payment
receipt/form in a single PDF file.
So
you are adviced to scan all your documnts
along with the payment receipt/form in a
single .pdf
document for uploading.
5).
If
you are applying for degree verification or
transcripts then also scan the letter of the
agency where these
verified certificates/transcripts has to be
posted along with all other
documents/certificates and payment receipt.
6). Once
you upload the document , you will get the
access to track the status of it from the
same link by using the payment transaction
no.
7). In
order to make the entire system workable and
responsive a nominal fee of Rs. 100/- per
application be charged to the candidates
(who otherwise were getting the said
certificate through manual mode and free of
charge) on account of the postage, printing,
Xerox & other handling charges.
8). The
candidate will get Certificate by post only.
It shall be posted with in 7 university
working days in normal circumstances.
(if the "ready" status).
9).
Candidate has to
accept the liability for action under the
Statues & Regulations of the University for
any mis-statement or
concealed facts.
10). In case the applicant is a
regular candidate of an affiliated
college/Institute/Department, the Degree
will be posted to their
college/institute/department.
