EF&FMS (Examination Form & Fee Management System)

(Please Note :- Revised fee structure has been implemented w.e.f. 1st April 2024)
(A nominal fee of Rs 100/- is required to be paid by the applicant for making an online application. This is to meet expenditure on postage/printing/xerox/misc. handling charges from now onwards for all free available certificates.)
Select the document for which you have to apply and after paying online fee upload all the requisite / supportive documents through 'upload documents' .
For printing duplicate form/reciept, select the document for which you paid the fee then click at 'Print Duplicate Form/Receipt'  button which will appears in the opposite column - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ->
Note Please :  Only for document verification/transcripts you have to upload all the documents/certificates to be verified, else for any document you have to deposit the Form/receipt physically at the university in the concerned section. For uploading the requisite documents/application form you first have to pay the fee through online mode for respective certificate/document for which you are applying and then you will be able to upload all your supportive documents along with the payment reciept/form in a single PDF file by clicking at 'UPLOAD DOCUMENTS'  link.
Payment Transaction No. generated after the successfull payment will only be used for uploading documents.
